GENTLE PASTEURIZATION
Thanks to the gentle pasteurization of 72 degrees, all vitamins and proteins stay because they are useful for our body.
Due to proper heat treatment, pathogenic bacteria are excluded from the milk composition, and the taste of the product improves.
MODERN EQUIPMENT
Our milk processing factory is equipped with modern Italian equipment. The latest milk processing technologies allow you to process milk without losing its useful properties.
CONTROL OF MILK PROCESSING
Work in the milk processing shop is carried out under strict control of hygiene and clean lines of technological processes. We carefully check each batch of milk and analyze the main indicators.
CHEESE MATURATION PROCESS
We cook cheese according to time-tested recipes, taking over the experience of our Italian colleagues. We allow the cheese to ripen naturally in special chambers in strictly defined temperature and humidity conditions.
NATURALNESS
When processing milk, we do not add flavorings or preservatives. For the production of cheese and dairy products, we use fresh milk from our own farms and natural enzymes and sourdough products. The eco-friendly composition of the products is confirmed by organic certificates.
